One down!

Just sent in my first Hurricane Sandy photo restoration.  I sure hope they like it!  It really feels good to do SOMETHING with photography...the last few months I've been in a bit of a block.  It's been a couple of months since I picked up my camera.  I did take photos of my new ornaments and pink tree, and I've uploaded a few Instagrams to my Flickr account to get me back in the swing of things. :)

CARE for Sandy

I got approved as a volunteer photo restorer for CARE (Cherished Albums Restoration Effort) for people who had photos damaged during Hurricane Sandy.  And I got my first assignment today...the one I picked as my #1 choice!  :)
